A user-friendly touchscreen interface enables intuitive MFD operation. Document finishes and page layout can be confirmed onscreen before printing to prevent erroneous printouts and paper waste. And documents can be previewed in various modes to match the task at hand.
Scan2™ technology
The MX-M1205 can scan both pages of two-sided B/W and colour documents in one efficient pass. Capable of scanning one-sided A4-size documents at 120 opm and two-sided A4 documents at 200 opm, the 250-sheet DSPF (duplex single pass feeder) minimises paper misfeeds and brings fast, reliable operation.
Professional-Quality In-Line Finishing.
With a maximum output capacity of 4,250 sheets, the MX-FN21/FN22 Finishers provide three stapling positions—front corner, rear corner, and two-point side. In addition to conventional stapling, the MX-FN22 Saddle Stitch Finisher can also staple and fold sets of documents up to 20 sheets with optional trimming available.
Sharp OSA® 4.5
As an innovative development platform, Sharp OSA® (Open Systems Architecture) allows you to interact with critical business and network applications—or access an external accounting module—right from the touchscreen LCD control panel, bringing a whole new realm of control and convenience. And since Sharp OSA® utilises industry-standard network protocols, the MX-M1055 can easily integrate with document management systems, software for enterprise resource planning, workflow applications, and more. The latest version of Sharp OSA® can reach beyond the firewall, enabling extensive system construction and services over the Internet.

Fiery® Print Server
This optional print server turns the MX-M1205 into a powerful centralised solution for high-demand print environments. Its user-friendly Command WorkStation® software enables easy job management right from the MFD’s touchscreen LCD.
Remote Operation*
The Remote Operation function lets you display the MX-M1055’s main control panel on the screen of your PC or mobile device. From a remote location, you can then check MFD settings or reprint data stored on the MFD. This function also enables the administrator to guide an MFD user through necessary procedures and allows remote MFD operation from a wheelchair.

Business Products Warranty Statement
This Sharp product is warranted against faults in material and manufacture for the period as stated in the table below.
In the event of any defect arising in the equipment during the warranty period, such repairs should only be carried out by the Dealer from which the unit was originally purchased or a Service Centre approved by Sharp to service this type of equipment These repairs would be carried out at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein.
This warranty does not extend to defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture of the product, including but not limited to, defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation, software, or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised by Sharp.
Please retain your sales documentation, as this should be produced to validate a warranty claim. This warranty is in addition to and in no way limits, varies or excludes any implied rights and remedies under any relevant legislation in the country of sale.
This warranty does not cover transportation to and from the Sharp Approved Service Centre. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. The repair of your goods may result in the loss of user generated data, please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.
Australian customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
